CHIBUZOR EZIMA- CHAIRMAN
Ms. Chibuzor Ezima is a Partner and co-founder of RareGem a specialized law firm that provides bespoke legal solutions to Individuals, Organizations and Corporate Establishments.
She is a core member of the Corporate Commercial practice of the firm having provided advice to clients in the past principally on Privatization, Company Secretarial services International joint venture transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate restructurings transactions.
Ms. Chibuzor has worked with the Board of some companies among which is GreenSpan Associates Limited where she provided all-encompassing Board advisory services, Development of Board Charter and Compliance manual.
She graduated from both the Abia State University and Nigerian Law School Abuja with Upper Division honours.
EMMANUEL OLATUNJI- MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Emmanuel Olatunji is the Managing Director. He is a Property Insurance and Risk Management Expert. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos with a Second Upper degree in Social Science, a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of London and Nigeria. He is also a member of the Society of Fellows, UK.
He has acquired over thirty-fiveyears’ experience in the insurance industry. He started his insurance career with Phoenix of Nigeria Assurance Company and later moved to Industrial and General Insurance Company as Director Technical. He was the leader of the team that prepared all the technical documents of the Company. He has occupied the position of Chief Operating Officer in Sun Insurance PLC, Managing Director in Olympia Insurance Co, Refuge Insurance Co and Lombard Insurance Co He has been lecturing insurance courses for years. He was an External Assessor for Lagos State Polytechnic
AIBINUOLA EHIMHEN- EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MARKETING
Mrs. Ehimhen is the Executive Director, Marketing. She is a graduate of over 20 years in Insurance from The Ibadan Polytechnic. She has attended many management and leadership courses both locally and internationally. Mrs. Ehimhenstarted her professional career with Anchor Insurance Company in year 2000. Subsequently, she became an entrepreneur across many industries. She also sits on the Board of many first-class companies. She chairs the board of Aipet Limited.
KADIRI BEKISU
Mr. Bekisu is the CEO of PW Trenz Energy Limited, an oil and gas company. He is an astute businessman with over 28 years of experience in Financial and Energy management. He serves as a board member in various companies which span into construction and manufacturing.
USMAN MOHAMMED
Mr. Mohammed holds a Law Degree (LL.B) and a Masters of Laws (LL.M) from the Ahmadu Bello University. He has garnered over 24 years of cognate experience in legal practice, with special interest in environmental, constitutional and land matters
ALHAJI Al HASSANGUMAI
Alhaji Yahaya Gumai was born in Azare Local Government of Bauchi State in 1948. He read law in Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He was the company secretary of New Nigerian Newspaper Company and the Attorney General of Bauchi State. He joined NNPC in 1991 as the Company Secretary of NPDC and was subsequently transferred to NAPIMS in 2003 as the General Manager Services. Alhaji Gumai retired in 2011.
